“I remember one time when we spent what seemed like hours moving a fork ever so slightly until it was in the perfect spot for a catalog cover shot,” Kress recalls. “We have a small amount of space for the brownies and props to sit on the cover without obstructing the masthead or callout copy. So getting that fork in the right spot was important.”
